I love my Mayan hammock chair! I hung it in a sad little pergola behind my house, and it cheers the space considerably. Haven’t had a chance to try the spring yet, because the pergola isn’t very tall so when I sit in the chair I’m only about a foot off the ground. At first I was irked by this (in no way the fault of the chair) but now that I’ve fallen asleep in it 3 times, I’m so in love w the chair that I’ve decided being below the top of the lilac shrub is fine. And I’m at eye level with my bigger dog, which he thinks is a bonus. I’m 5’6” and can easily pull my feet up to sit cross legged in it. It’s dreamy, and the emails from you guys all made me laugh. I may order 2 more hanging kits so I can move it around to taller places, but even under a too-short beam it’s great. Fast shipping, too. Thanks!

Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover discoloration of product, damage caused by mildew, mold or any external source. Further, the damage warranty does not cover acts of God, such as: fire, flood, wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, storms and any form of precipitation: (i.e. rain, snow, hail). Warranty void if damage to the product results from the use of a part other than a genuine Hammock Universe part.

Installing a hammock is usually not too complicated. However, the most common issue is deception. NOT with the product itself but the FIT!
We provide minimal dimensions for the specific product under the SPECS Tab.
Before purchasing a hammock or a stand, it is important to allow yourself 5 minutes to measure the space you have on your patio, between the trees or anywhere else.
Doing that with a measuring tape (and not using the good old eye guessing technique 😊) will allow to choose in accordance with the space you have and allowing for relaxation in no time when your order arrives!
